Yep. With walmart rustoleum. Looks great for the price. I like to spray a light coat of tire shine on it once in a while, gives it a nice shine and smell.

Hard to see but it's been on there a few months. I love it. It does chip here and there if you hit it hard enough.

Ya because I have 5 gallons of rubber roof coating that I think may be good for my jeeps tub. I mean it’s good for 10 years on a roof how much worse can you get. They stuff y’all did was roof rubber or spray paint rubber.

If it's just a hunting or trail rig then sure. But getting that stuff off will be a nightmare. Let me just say that you will have to do this in a well ventilated area AND not operate your vehicle for quite some time due to the harsh fumes.

It's no more waterproof than paint and does nothing to protect any of the dozens of things in a jeep that can be damaged by moisture

Your jeep for rules brother. Might turn out badass. It could even improve sound deadening. Only one way to find out.

I have no experience with the rubber you are using, but I know I am also redoing my interior this summer, and I am using Rustoleum Rust Reformer, LizardSkin Sound Deadening, and Rustleoum Bedliner over that. I'm doing that for the entire interior floors and walls. I'm also applying the Sound Deadening and Rustoleum Bedliner to the inside of my Jeep's hard top. I'll then put the front BedRug kit in the Jeep over the top to stop the transmission heat from burning my leg while driving. I'll be posting pictures and updates as I do it on my build thread.

If you do that roof coating you had better be sure you have every speck of dirt, sand and anything else that will contaminate it out of the tub. You're going to have to remove the entire interior. Then when you re-install everything you will end up damaging the rubber membrane and it will start to peel. You'd be better off either rhino lining it or just simply painting it. Paint and rhino lining is easy to repair if it peels or wears out that roof coating isn't.
