My future YJ!!

Hello all, this will be my second jeep wrangler. The prospect is a 95 wrangler with less than a year old 4.0L motor. Only been off road 2-3 times no rust and for a great price. Already has lots of interior and exterior upgrades and the owner is continuing to do some TLC. The body of this jeep has 175k miles on it so i would like to get opinions on what needs to be replaced in the drive terrain. All fluids, filters, hoses, ball, and U joints will be replaced. Proper greasing will be added to the areas needed as well. Cold air intake, interior, radiator, O2 sensor, leaf springs, will also be upgraded. I have 2k extra what would you reccomend if any to this potential new addition! thanks

The cowl seal, even if it doesn't leak, it will. Better to start a new.
