need help driving me crazy

Trying to fix my Long crank to start problem on my 92 wrangler 4.0L automatic
most times have to let go the key and try again then it will start up
once started its runs fine idles fine go to restart and still long crank but not as long as first starting.

I already replaced the fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, cap, rotor, spark plugs, wires, and the distributor (had some oil in the distributor figured time to replace) I have also pulled my injectors and cleaned and tested them seemed like they didn't leak and all worked fine

I have tried the cycling of the key to prime the fuel pump no help.
if I spray a little starting fluid into the throttle body it will fire right up. I tested the fuel injectors harness with a noid light and I see it lighting up while cranking but not sure how quick or fast it should pulse

Could my crank shaft sensor be going out or is my starter weak and not turning the engine over fast enough (doesn't seem to lag to me)
I just fixed my dads 97 TJ 2.5L and that thing fires up real quick every time even after sitting for days or weeks

Sounds slightly similar to what was going on with my 94 YJ, but a little different. In my case, sometimes it would start, sometimes it wouldn't. The problem turned out to be bad capacitors on the PCM not activating the fuel pump relay. Swapped the PCM, problem gone.

Thanks for the reply. Mine activated the fuel pump every time I turn on the key I can hear the pump.
This is driving me crazy and now I find out they don’t make Crankshaft position sensors for a 1992 wrangler Automatic anymore so if mine is bad or goes out wtf am I supposed to do 😫

Checked with a fuel pressure gauge didn’t seem like it holds pressure for over 30 minutes with engine off haven’t really checked more then that but in the morning there no pressure
