the rims are baja style,15", probably 8" wide with around 3 1/2=4" backspacing
my guess on the tires is 32" 11.50 wide
the lift is about 2", BDS, old man emu and rubicon express are good, zone if your on a budget.
you can find decals on ebay or do a search on google, lots of choices.
it also has pocket flares, bushwacker makes them, also tag on ebay. stay away from smittybilt, they are junk.

Thanks so much rob, I also asked advise from morris4x4 and this what he said

Quote:
32x11.50R15's on it which would require a 2-2.5" lift. The wheels look to be 15x8 soft 8's with about a 4" backspacing
actually my budget this year for my YJ around $10K for make-over.

I can't find old man emu in morris but i found this rubicon express

Rubicon Express 2.5" Standard Suspension Lift Kit with Twin Tube Shocks - RUB-RE5505

Can I put spring coil on it?

Rod can you please tell exactly what lift for old man emu. thanks

Here are your wheel choices for the most part. 15" wheels are getting fewer by the day (they're obsolete).

As for the steps, I'm not sure. The bad thing about YJ's is quite a few aftermarket outfits have either moved on to the newer model Jeeps, or folded up completely.

The OME lift kit you have pictured will do nicely. As for tires, I would run a 32" tire. The choice is up to you, All terrains if it's going to be a mostly street/dirt driven Jeep & mud terrains if you plan on being in mud/trails/rocks.
