Rock auto. You can get a kit that comes with bushings and bolts or just buy each side of the shackle. Omix Ada parts. It's from an obscure warehouse so shipping is quite expensive. Get them all at once.

I believe the 4.5 lift comes with boom shackles...? I believe there is 2 4.5" kits and not sure if both kits come with them

Recently I learned a lot about buying shackles .... got a few sets of them here.

OEM shackles have the holes spaced 4" apart center to center.

They are available from several sources and sold as 0" Lift Shackles

I won't make recommendations as I took an expensive option, and now have to do some rework on them. ( DAYSTAR uses pressed in zirk fittings on their greaseble shackles and threaded fittings are more desirable ) I had 4 out of 8 fitting pop out on me - going to thread the bolts and install threaded units.

harcosparky, In an earlier thread I stated that I have the same shackles as you do. (Daystar RockKrusher 0" lift tow shackles). I looked at the Daystar shackles on the Quadratec website and, sure enough, the pic shows pressed in zerks.
I bought mine about a year ago and mine have threaded zerks.

Hopefully Daystar will go back to the better quality threaded zerks after these posts.
Perhaps they will send you a gift certificate to make up for the aggravation their cheaping out caused you.

Good Luck, L.M.

You are probably looking at the 4" lift...both 4.5" kits have the boom shackles. The 4" does not. For $100 more you can get the shackles in the kit and they are beefier than stock.

Mine was ok for a few years, I didn't have vibrations but eventually lost my u joint and driveshaft on an offramp. The higher the lift, the steeper angle. The slip yoke was barely hanging on to the tailshaft.. I then ordered a super short SYE, and driveshaft and all is good now.

I would start saving for the sye and driveshaft also, no issues once you do it plus you can remove the transfer case drop and gain your clearance back.
