ok wtf is this light?!

noticed this a few weeks ago... random light turns on when my headlights are on. gets REALLY hot after 15-20 minutes. goes out when i turn my lights off.

no, i haven't taken anything apart to look at it yet cuz i'm stuck in bed with the flu. boohiss.

anyone have any ideas wtf this is and why?

thx in advance.

Haha, mine is the the same way. I thought I was looking at my panel at first. I just thought about painting over it, but I guess it would be smart to have the correct bulb in there, so it doesn't happen again.

Yup I have the same thing on mine when I bought it the light was out I replaced it and it look like that. I believe I put a 194 bulb works good but I probably put the wrong one so I would look into wich one belongs there

That looks like a verizon phone charger... though I don't know why its only coming on with the headlights... should be an ignition power source... lol

Mine looks the same too. Funny, with this same thing happening to so many people maybe its not the wrong bulb, but a bad design.... Either way, Im not gonna worry about it.
