Part track down

I have purchased a jeep YJ and am having trouble tracking down 2 parts that I need to fix some issues with it. Pictures in line.

1) Emergency brake support bracket. I can find the emergency brake assemblies all over the place, but none have the bracket. The red one is a picture of another jeep YJ we found that had the bracket ours is missing. Our jeep is Tardis blue.

2) Soft top rubber bushing that goes under the door jamb strip. I have seen what seems to be a similar item for hard tops, but not for the soft tops. The strip rattles very badly because these bushings are in very bad shape on the passenger side. Morris 4x4 center says they see them in an old diagram but they aren't available from their supplier anymore.

I would recommend running your VIN with Chrysler. I did that because I was asking for a build sheet and when I did I found out that there was a parking brake recall back in 2002 that was never performed on my YJ. So I took it to a dealer and they confirmed it and ordered the new parts and if I am not mistaken, that support bracket was part of it. Now my PB works excellent! I don't know about the door seal part.

There is someone on this forum that parts out YJ's, I'd get in touch with him.

Have you tried eBay for the door seal, it's a long shot probably but you never know. Otherwise you could just check out some junk yards.
