Questions for a MILD wrangler

New to the forum. I've learned a ton already but I still have a couple easy questions that I didn't find answers to with searches.
1994 Wrangler 4cyl 5spd.
Its a 3rd vehicle and mostly a knock around for fun thing.

#1 I plan to pull a PWc trailer (less than 1500lb) 4 miles to the launch ramp so I need suggestions on a hitch set up.

#2 I will be doing some very mild trail running so I want to lift the front end only about 2 inches. Suggestions? Vendors?

#3 When the tranny gets warm it is very hard to get it in 1st at a stand still. I read alot about this issue and plan to start with a fluid change today. How much oil will it hold? I'm planning on a qt of Pennzoil synchro mesh and the rest 75-90 Dino oil. IS Synthetic any better?

#4 I wish it had a little more power. Do the chips work? What about aftermarket exhaust?

Thank you for the help and the great forum.

For #2 I would go with a rc 2.5" lift here: Jeep YJ Suspension Lift
#3 It depends on your mileage, but I use synthetic and I have no issues on mine.
#4 Get a new air intake system from 4wd.com and a new exhaust will give some more power as well.
