Rear shock mount rust

Hey all would like advice. So the below is the rear passenger shock mount. The circled has a small pinky size hole in the frame where that corner is. The picture makes this look rougher than it is. A lot of that mess is/was a coating most likely don’t after PO noticed this. It’s been scraped and checked by a mechanic and the metal around the hole is good and hard. No other issues on frame believe it or not. Question is, how urgent do you think this is to fix? The mechanic said he’s seen worse it’s not too bad based on some things he seen. Obviously i plan to fix at some point but then again i May only have this vehicle less than 5 years. Worth fixing now or watch it and fix if it gets any worse?

There is a reason we call it cancer, no matter how bad it is now it will only get worse.

It dont look that bad i just replaced shock mounts on a friends YJ and there was not much left holding it to the frame and it still worked. I should last another 5 years if you dont drive it in salt, but if you do drive in salt all bets are off because your jeeps time is limited.
