Thanks for that info and have looked at that one, but it's not including the rotten piece that incloses the rubber insulator unless I'm just not seeing it.
The main hanger and top metal bracket are OK and can clean them up.

That is the main bracket that bolts to the frame. Then you stick the tear drop shaped rubber piece in it then slip the other metal piece into it and clamp it down. I cant find the smaller outer metal piece though.

I was digging around in my tool box to see if i could find the one i used to have on my jeep but i cant find it. It had surface rust on it (nothing bad) so i bought a new one from the dealer years ago and put it on. If i find it you can have it but i kinda doubt i will find it, the only option is probably ebay. I tried looking it up on a mopar parts website and no one has them listed that i can find. If you could at least find the mopar part number for it you might be able to turn one up.

Much appreciate your offer. I've tried Morris, Extreme terrain, Quadratec, Napa, Amazon, ebay with out any luck. Went to O'Reilly's and got a generic hanger and muffler clamp, only the find a correct 3/8" flange nut and a wrong 5/16 flange nut for the muffler clamp in a new box.

I never seen one like that and it looks like it's upside down in that picture and uses 2 bolts to lock it down instead of 1 nut. This is the bracket i have on my 94 and the bracket listed on ebay.

Oh, never mind i can see from the first pic that there is not 2 bolts. There is the factory nut and then someone ran a self tapping screw though it also. There is nothing left of that factory bracket i can barely make out how it was supposed to look lol. It is supposed to bolt to the frame with the 2 bolt holes in the frame in the first pic. Mine didn't photograph very well but you can kinda see it.

I don't know if you are going for factory correct or just good enough to hold it up but this is what the factory bracket is supposed to look like.

the tear drop rubber is upside down and I just stuck it in there without paying much attention. The earlier pic shows the way it was on the the jeep for as long as I've had it.
I would be OK with any hanger and just liked the rubber isolator and yes, this hanger may not be original.
I like the clam shell bracket in your pic and thought I saw one like that on-line some where and does have 2 bolts to the frame.
