Rope Bumper??

driving down the road today i saw a yj with a coil of rope as a rear bumper(imagine the front of a tugboat). has anyone ever seen this before?
it made me laugh and i figured i'd share it

I keep a bubba pull rope wrapped around my bumpetts.
It is just a handy place to store it.

I have seen a couple Jeeps do this for storing tow rope or strap. Either on the back around bumpers or around a couple hooks on the front.
