She sits for awhile and gets orniery...

Like she's pissed that she hasn't gotten the attention she deserves...carbed rebuilt 4.2.

I could understand if was 30 degrees (I've got an oil blanket for winter), but it's been 80+ degrees in the shop for the last month!

Turns over, won't fire...a dozen roses and a box o' chocolates?? or what might I try??

Do you still have fuel in the bowl after it sits for a while? The bowl could be draining or fuel evaporating while it sets. If you have spark dump a little fuel in the carb and see if she hits.

On this forum, search...

Hard start after two days.

The plastic check valve worked for a month or so but now it is back to doing the same thing.
I guess I will have to get a metal check valve.

Good Luck, L.M.
