Soft Top Question

I am looking to replace my hard top with a Bestop Supertop (the hard top is for sale, btw). It says it comes with all the hardware needed for a complete top replacement, including the upper doors (I'm running half doors with go uppers since soft uppers don't work with a hard top).

Has anyone dealt with these tops before? Is there anything else I would need other than buying the top and everything that comes with it? Just don't want to get it and not he able to put it on bc there is something else I would have to buy first to make it work.

I just replaced the ratty soft top on my '91 YJ with a new Bestop Supertop and everything necessary to install it was included. I replaced all the hardware even though it was identical to the old stuff (it was a Bestop too). It is not an overly difficult job - the worst part was stretching the top over the bows since it was winter and I couldn't get the garage temperature high enough.

Should be everything if you are getting the uppers with it.

In case you decide to keep the top, look into the softops with the rounded uppers.
BTW, where are you located?

Thanks for the replies. I actually looked into the rounded uppers, but the guy at the shop I was at said it still wouldn't fit bc of the way the top has a little bend to it down the side, where the doors still go just straight down.

And I'm in the upstate of South Carolina.
