Soft Top w/ Full Doors

So when I first bought my YJ a few months later I found a good deal on a soft top and factory hardware and wasn't aware that the factory hardware cannot be run with full doors because of the channel that runs down the windshield.

Is there any possible way to the soft top with full doors or is my only option is to get half doors?

I use a Bestop Supertop on my jeep but the upper door seal is not the greatest design It's the same system the CJ's used, the door seals fairly tight but water can still get in. It's not a problem for me because i keep my jeep in a garage but if you don't have one i would expect my floor to fill up with water and eventually rust it out especially if you have carpet.

its not only the windshield uprights but also the upper back corner of the doors, square vs round. The Super top works and the new sunrider top works also with full doors
