Stock 4.10 axles value

Considering swapping in some used 4.10 axles all stock. Whats the typical price for a set? Local salvage yard has a set as does craigslist

This would be a 1-2 year set-up while I have the current axles rebuilt, regeared and lockers. Then I could pull the 4.10s and sell them for some cash back.

I paid $450 for a complete runnable pair at a dismantling yard.

Why are you not buying axles, rebuilding them as you want, then swapping those in 1-2 years?
