stock steelie wheels ?

ive searched the 2 or 3 biggest yards closest to where i live (illinois) and i cannot find any bone stock generic steelie slot yj rims. im lookin for 5 with the center hub caps and hopefully open end lug nuts cuz im workin towards my military look for my jeep. anybody know where i can acquire a set ....hopefully free or for trade or real cheap due to my current financial situation . im gonna have a bunch of stuff coming up for trade soon , at the most the stuff is 3 years old and alot of it brand new. . let me know in this post or pm me with any interest. thanks.

Ebay, search for a couple of weeks. I've seen them on there frequently.

Not sure what the YJ rims looked like, but I have 5 center caps off the stock steel wheels from my 99 TJ

definitley check craigslist i see them all the time up for sale...as we all know people are always lifting and putting bigger tires on their wranglers so they just have the stock wheels sitting around. also im pretty sure TJ stock wheels up to the year 2005 fit on YJs....

X2 on CL. There are a couple pairs for sale right now WITH tires for cheap. I know a guy in my club selling the stock Willys Edition ones that are factory green for about $100.

On Craigslist Chicago, go to Auto parts and type in Jeep. You will be amazed what you find.

Not necessarily local but I have a set of 5 with 3 center caps from an '89 YJ in Massachusetts. They're in rough cosmetic shape but it sounds like you'd be repainting them anyway.
