Have a 2.5in RC Lift with 31" tires, and I am wondering if I could get away with throwing a small shackle lift along with it. Would I have to drop my transfer case or anything if so!?

What size shackle lift should I get!?
What size wheel spacers should I get !?

If you have the same or even similar set up pics would be greatly appreciated.

You could go with a .5 inch shackle lift, this should no create any problems. If it came with a TC drop your fine, if not and you get vibration a TC drop may be in order. Do you need spacers? If you're rubbing the springs I'd throw a couple of washers behind the steering stop bolt or go with new rims with 3.75 backspace. If you go spacers, don't go cheap.

What are you trying to accomplish with a 1/2" lift? You shouldn't need it for 31" tires and shackle lifts kinda suck any way. You "want" a bit more height? A 1" body lift gets you there.

As for any tire rub one washer is all I needed with no noticeable difference in turning radius. 10 cents worth of washers is better than $100-150 in spacers.

Punctuation...

I have a 2.5" RC lift, 5/8" boom shackle lift, 8.8 rear end and 32" tires with an auto trans. I had to install a SYE. I'm sure the 8.8 and the auto trans had something to do with needing the SYE, too.

Sounds like the same set-up that I have. I have an additional 1" lift with shackles. I got vibrations around 30-35 mph, so I added a TC drop, which fixed the problem. It has settled a bit, but not much from the picture below. (Before pics with shackle lift only. After with RC 2.5" suspension lift)

Can you send me a picture of your jeep after both the shackle and suspension lifts. So I can see how it looks from far away!?
