Im having problems with my 95 Jeep Wrangler. It's a 4 cyl. When i go to start it, i get nothing for a few minutes, then the relay clicks continuously for about 5 minutes and then kicks the fuel pump on. thos gets worse the colder it gets. ive checked/changed the relays, and just replaced the fuel pump. No change. Any ideas on what could be wrong??? Thanks in advance

Is the engine cranking this whole time? You may want to check to see if the relay is getting power. Once you turn the key to the on position the fuel pump should get power, whether you crank the engine or not. You will be able to turn the key to on and use a tester to see if the power goes in and out of the relay to at least eliminate that piece. This could at least point you in the right direction.
