Tire help

Im really looking to upgrade to 35's as soon as I can. Saved up some money and wanna pull the trigger on some new wheels and tires. I already have some 15 inch black wheels picked out, but was looking on advice on tires.

95 yj 6 cyl 4.0 with dana 44's front and rear with a SOA and other lift. Its my second vehicle so I dont drive it every day, but I like taking it to work here and there and around town.

What Im looking for is a really good trail tire that wont be horrible when I drive it down the road. I wont be taking it on the highway or anything and I live in Vermont so there are a lot of mountain trails with mud all over and rough areas. Any help would be much appreciated.
