Tire size

Hey guys and gals just bought some 16x8 rims and what is the smallest A/T tires I can put on them with out doing a lift. I have what is believed to be a factory 2"lift on it. I had 15" rims on before so its an upgrade for me lol. If y'all could please lend some help would greatly appreciate it

You want to know the smallest size tire? There are lots of choices, not sure on the exact size though. I belive ~28" is the stock tire diameter

Heres my old YJ with BFG KOs, 33x9.50x15 on stock 15x7 rims. 2" RE lift.

Need to know the backspace on the rims you bought.

I don't believe these came from the factory with a lift? Anyways, stock is 28". You will probably want to go bigger just because it'll look funny.

LT245/75x16. I'd stay with a C rated tire to keep some ride quality.

Height= 30.5 Tread= 7.4 Section= 9.6 Load=2205

Here's a few to chose from.

Billiebob,

How did you get 33's on a 2 inch lift? Do you have a body lift too?
Nice looking jeep.
Thanks
Addison
