Traction (Anti-wrap) Bar Mount

How many Yj's out there with a traction bar. And how many of you have it setup from a crossmember from frame rails and how many have it off some sort of rig from transfercase skidplate.

How bad is it from skid plate and with a 1" drop already it is new and bolted up tight what more strength would it need. Or is it smarter to just build from crossmember.

Elaborate please before I get my final steps together for this thing to get built.

It is easier to build from a crossmember the first time. I used my trans skid the first time and even after beefing it up it ripped out after a couple wheeling trips.
