Thumbs up Trying estimate my 1987 YJ's dollar value

I have a 1987 YJ wrangler, and I have had so much trouble with this and overhauled almost everything at great expense. Anyways, I'm thinking of rebuilding the engine before I sell it, and trying to figure out if fixing it is worth the money i will get out of it
As of now it has:
Ticking and leaking inline 4 cyl. 2.5L 187k miles and not sounding good.
Rebuilt transmission and transfer case(4.11 ratio) both with about 12k miles.
35" BFG all terrains
AMC discontinued Aluminum wheels(I believe worth about 300-500 each)
Rockhard rear bumper and tire carrier with a 75% spare and jack
Smittybuilt chrome tubular Front bumper and side steps
Beefed up, 4in. rear drive shaft
Replaced "z-gate" T-case shifter linkage which prevents popping out of gear.
K&N air filter.
Deaver Suspension 7 leaf spring set.(2500$new) Bilstein shocks
Minimal rust on front bumper, springs, and frame
Paint is still in quite decent shape with some fading
No body dents
I have a good deal(2-2.5k) on a rebuild of the engine. I figure in its current state I can get about 2-3k$ which kills me because of how much i have put into it. Im wondering how much i could sell this for after a new engine and if its even a good idea. This my first post in any and all forums please let me know if I did this correct and any advice is seriously appreciated thank you so much!!!!

Being it looks like you live in California you may get a little more but I don't know, here in Michigan I think your close, depending on the rust problem I think around 2,500 would be close.

Well like I said I live in mi so not up to Cali as much. I would cruise Craigslist in your area and search same models and see what something similar to yours is going for.
