Tune Up tommorow: Neep Specs Please

I'm doing a tune up on my 95 YJ 2.5 / 5 Speed

I picked up everything today but i need the proper gap for the spark plugs and proper amount of oil to fill. Thanks!

My book is showing a gap of .035" and 4 qts w/ filter for '95 2.5L
