What to do with my rims?

What should I do with these rims before I get tires? I'm either going to just clean and polish them(they are a little rough, nicks and some clear coat pealing) or paint the centers black either just the spokes or the spokes and the ring where the bolts are. The bolts in it are just pressed in not real bolts, hopefully I can knock them out and press them back in.

I personally like the look of polished rims, but if you want to experiment with the black look, use plastidip, that way you can peel it off if you don't like it.

Paint stripper to remove the clear coat and polish them out. I left mine without a clear coat and clean them with navel jelly ever so often, they stay nice and clean.

This is what I have on it now Cherokee rims that I painted black. I think I will try the plastidip to try different looks to see what I like. What should I use to polish the rims?
