Transferred the insurance, have been driving the 92. Much tamer than the lifted 91, and a lot better mileage. But I will probably keep the 91. Who said your choice of Jeep has to make sense or be practical?

Can anyone give me an idea of what the going price would be for a complete take off Renegade fender and bumper package would be worth? Think it is a 92 or 93 in red.

I replaced a driver's side front fender 18 years ago and it was $700 for that single piece. I haven't seen any NOS stuff available for years, but anyone selling the bit should also know it's a very limited market of buyers. Given the demand, I'd only expect to pay a few hundred for the whole set -
who else would want it?" is my logic for that price.

After 23 years, I finally put a lift on her. Just got the new tires on it today. I have a custom front bumper getting powder coated and replaced the rear "bumper" with a Barricade Classic. I got tired of people hitting and breaking the plastic in the parking lots when it snowed. Now, they'll have damage of their own to remember the encounter

1993 Renegade, purchased in December 1992. 185k miles, all of them mine. BDS 3.5" lift with Fox shocks. 285 75R16 Goodyear MTRs on new Level 8 Tracker polished aluminum wheels.

I have renegade doors and windshield on my YJ. It may not technically be a renegade, but IMHO, is more of a renegade than what they are trying to pass off today as renegade.

Have 93 Renegade over 300,000 original miles, 4:0 high output, 5 speed manual transmission, white w/white top, pretty much stock except for the mirrors and the rims(run 16s). My daily ride. Had for abt 4years. My third Wrangler. Presently doing exploratory surgery on tranny/clutch issues. It's built not bought and only one that works on it. Has some body issues, but that's coming along.

'91 Renegade

I had a brand new '91 renegade back in the good days. It was my daily driver for 9 years, even used it to drive all over NJ for my work. Had to sell it when life happened and kids came.

Fast forward to the present - I've been looking to get the same year/model/color for a while, and actually found 2 at the same time within a driving distance. I ended up buying Gulrok YJ two posts above.

I picked up used half doors that still need to be repainted, and bestop softop that's not installed yet.

Won't be my daily driver, but plan is to have a lot of fun with it most of the year.
1991 YJ Renegade, 4.0L, 5 speed, mostly stock

Love the pictures of the YJ Renegades here! I was looking for a good copy of the door jamb sticker for my restoration, but doesn't look like anyone ever posted it.

In case anyone is looking for detailed Renegade info, theres a bunch of additional info here! https://www.facebook.com/groups/2356187401079467/

How did I miss this thread? I picked up a black Jeep Renegade a while back with 68,000 on the clock. Been driving the heck out of it. It needs some things here and there as the PO let it sit in his yard for the past 7 years or so. Can't complain, daily driver knocking down almost 18mpg on average.

91 Renegade, 4.0, 5 speed, 68,000 miles at buy in, 75,000 so far and counting. 2.5" spring and 31's are the only upgrades.
