YJ full door adjustment

I have a 94 YJ that had a soft top and soft doors. I got some used doors and they need some adjustment. One set on the tub hinges they won't close. Things look lined up but I still need the doors to move in another 1.5 inches to touch the pin. Do the door hinges have adjustment? Are there other hinge options

All doors do have hinge adjustment. You have to losen all the torx head bolts on the hinges and they can slide around. Shut the door and then tighten them back up and you should be all set! And if you dont have one already, I recommend buying hardend steel torx bits as in the process of adjusting mine, I broke 2 regular ones. Ive also found that tapping the bit into the bolt head with a hammer helps with not stripping the heads. Good luck!

Thanks I'll give it a try, do you know if there is any movement on the hinges mounted on the body or just the door?

What he said about the hardened torx is gospel. But you can also adjust the striker( the round thing that latches the door closed) It all works together.

the Only way the door striker will pull the door in is if you add length to the screws holding the striker in by adding washers.
doesnt really move up or down.

if you are having door issue. Grab the door opposite of the hindge by the lock. lift up If it moves put sleeves in the hinges.
