Gas Mileage, what's that. Mine is horrible, I quit checking. It just made me cry. Sometimes, I think, "well this is the price ya have to pay to be different".

Mines about the same as zombiekiller, 12 to 15 MPG. On the other hand my Civic, my DD gets about 32 MPG. That's the only way I can afford to drive the Wrangler when ever I want.

I drive the Honda back and forth to work, and the Jeep the rest of the time.

I get 18 on 31's in a 4cyl. The jeep has the aerodynamics of a refrigerator box for Christ's sake and a top made out of sailcloth its hard to keep something that wind resistant going down the road economically, but I love trying.

Mine just absolutely sucks more than my girlfreind does..hahaha. I have been getting between 12 and 18. Not the greatest but not the worst especially for it having 143,000 miles.

None of these comments seem to be for a 4.2, but mines not either. 4.0l 4in lift on 33 just filled up and got 17 mpg

I have a 93 4 Cylinder, so not quite what you were asking about, but I average about 18 mpg. I never drive over 65, so that probably helps.

I have a 4.2 w/weber and nuttered 14-16mpg higher if I drive nice. I also have an exhaust leak that when fixed will improve MPG.

Mine gets about 15 to 19. About the same mileage as a full sized van.

E-85 will hurt what little gas mileage you got.
