Yj just came back from paint!

Told ya guys that I would post pics after paint.

The shop did a great job. Painted the inside and out, fixed the locks, made new keys, mounted my old mirrors, and fixed the windows. The dip sh*t who owned them before me never stripped paint of. There were 4 layers of paint, and 6 holes on each door where he attempted to install mirrors, and failed. Luckily the doors were in good shape otherwise.

Oh and they mounted the doors to fit much better and mounted my 95 mirrors on them. Even though all YJ doors should fit any YJ, there are some small changes that throw it off a bit.

Ordered the lift yesterday, so it should come next week.

Looks great. I always like to see an owner go the extra mile and get paint work done. Shows pride in ownership.

I went to the best paint shop that I could find. I like to go the extra mile because I love my jeep, and good craftsmanship pays for itself.

Nice looking Rio Grande. Quality bodywork and paint makes things last longer.

Thanks. I'm really a huge fan of the Rio Grande package. It only has 56k miles so the money into the body work was worth it. It's got a lot of miles left in it.

Me too...Here's mine...[IMG][/IMG]

Rebuilt it from salvage in 2003-04. Paint is new only from the hood to the grill. Was wrecked on Virginia beach in 2001...sat in a salvage yard up here in PA for a year before I picked it up. NO RUST ANYWHERE and I don't drive it in the winter...that's what my wife's TJ is for....
