YJ Manual trans problems-What do I need?

I have a 95 YJ 4 cyl with manual tranny, is a hunting rig and in great shape. However, as of late shifting gears has gotten harder at times. Seems like the syncromesh is not in play and going from 1st to 2nd cannot be done. If I release the clutch in nuetral I can hear/feel the gears disengage and allows me to shift. Doesn't happen all the time, but is getting more frequent. Any ideas? I realize from reading about this year model that I will be replacing the clutch/trans soon.............would like to see what the experts have done and how long I have before it leaves me walking. As I said, this Jeep lives on the ranch and is strickly for slow crusing the brush country, has 100K and was my sons DD in college. It has been taken care of all round.

Fluids are fresh and full, no leaks. Clutch has plenty of travel and throwout..........
