TL;DR Do not trust the online reviews/ratings of LED Kingdom’s products. If you want to know the full story, read below.
Since they had my review deleted off their eBay listing, I figured I’d leave it here so fellow Jeepers could judge for themselves.
Back in May I purchased this bumper off eBay from LED Kingdom / Yitamotor for my 00 Jeep TJ:

Before I go any further, I just want to say up front I had no intentions of doing any kind of towing with this bumper. I recognized the fact that it was a VERY cheap bumper and honestly didn’t really trust the strength from the beginning. I wanted it mostly for cosmetic reasons and all the function I really anticipated from the hitch was the ability to mount a cargo carrier to haul some fairly light camping gear. I thought for the small amount of weight it shouldn’t be an issue….
In June, I finally got to test the bumper out with the cargo carrier. About a mile from our camp, I hit a fairly minor bump in the road and heard a loud creaking sound. The entire bumper bent down at the mounting brackets like you see in the photos below. I had maybe 100lbs of gear +/- 20lbs. Even better, I was able to bend it back into place WITH MY BARE HANDS. After I got home from camp, I uploaded the photos and typed up a review on the ebay listing to warn others. I didn’t plan on sending the bumper back due to shipping costs; it just wasn’t worth it to me.
Fast forward to mid August, I get a message on eBay from LED Kingdom offering a partial refund for me to change my review. I ignored the message, I viewed it as a bribe for a better review as I think anyone would. I really felt that I got what I paid for, but I wanted to warn others. In their listing they use terms like “heavy-duty”, “ultra-rugged”, and “high-strength” and I felt that was very misleading.
About a week later, I checked the listing out of curiosity and came to find my review was gone, the bumper was still listed and now has a 5 star rating! LED Kingdom requested eBay delete my review and they did!
I messaged LED Kingdom to call them out for deleting my review and they claimed the bumper in the photo wasn’t theirs (even though I’m a verified purchaser on eBay AND I POSTED FREAKING PHOTOS OF THE BUMPER!) therefore, my review was deleted. Even worse, there’s absolutely no notification from ebay and no way to dispute the takedown.
Again, I don't want to ship the item back, nor do I want a refund. I just wanted to let everyone know not to trust reviews for this company/manufacturers products at this time; they are actively being scrubbed.
I do not know if LED Kingdom and @Yitamotor are the same company, but regardless, I just felt this behavior was unethical and this product review needed to be put out where fellow Jeepers could see it.
