'14 Sahara "Bought and Built"

First time owning a Jeep, quite an upgrade from my '99 Legacy Wagon, this build will be a DD and also a Weekend Offroader. I'm aiming for the style to be quite adventure/safari styled, and I have a lot of plans for it in the future. My budget for this build is gonna be pretty inconsistent, so it'll be a nice mix of cheap small upgrades and big pricey ones.

Here's a photo of it on lot the day I picked it up

And here it is, after 3 weeks of driving her

All that's been done so far is a cheap lightbar off Amazon, would love to replace it with the KC Gravity LED Pro6 but no time soon.

Currently sitting and waiting on installation are 1.5" Spidertrax Spacers, 13" Reflex antenna, Daystar Phone Cradle and some back roll-bar mounted storage bags.

All these will be installed in the next couple of weeks, as well as the headlight and taillight covers will be painted along with the rims.

Thanks for checking out my new Jeep and I'd love to hear your thoughts

Quickly threw on the bags and antenna this morning,
Bags close off the back area quite nicely, build feels a little cheap and flimsy but good enough for what I'll be using them for.

I know the shorter antenna affects the radio a lot, but I don't ever use the radio so this isn't really an issue. I just couldn't stand the OEM antenna

Got the spacers on early today! Looks great, it fills the fenders out very nicely. Looking into getting some 33's and new rims, but that'll have to wait until after winter. If anyone has any suggestions on what to do next, I'd love to hear them! Always up to suggestions.

Looking to mount a full size shovel to my roof rack, if anyone that has something like that set up, please let me know how you did it!
Next part I’m ordering is a deepsleep air mattress for some camping

Quick update: Not a fan of the bags I have installed, cheap quality and hard to get, so I ordered a different set, those are arriving tomorrow.
Also have a soft bag for roof storage (15 cubic ft) and a Kargo Master door step for easier roof access.

Also added a little festivity to the Jeep!

Been a long while since I've had a chance to do anything, and working with such a tight budget, I'm making slow slow progress...
Managed to find a great deal for a set of 5 35" KO2's so I found some cheap fenders and threw em on! Now begins the slow saving for a lift
