15 minute project - added a shovel

I found a Military Entrenching Tool and Case at a garage sale for just $3. It was a great buy and an easy project. Two bolts and a self tapping screw and the bottom, and it is very secure.

Good idea. I have one just like it but it is under the seat. I will be moving it this weekend.

I upgraded a few things on this project. I used my threaded insert "Riv-Nut" tool to put 1/4-20 threaded holes in the tailgate wall, and used OEM-style Black Allen-Head Cap Bolts to mount the Entrenching tool and two Condor MOLLE pouches. It came out very nice, and everything is now mounted in steel, in threaded holes, and with OEM grade fasteners.
If I ever decide to remove this stuff, the tailgate will still look great, with no gaping holes, just some extra matching black bolt heads.

Ebay for everything. Search condor ma-53, and threaded insert tool.
I chose SAS instead of metric, and the searched black 1/4-20 7/8ths long allen bolts. Choose your length, washers, etc. I will add an updated photo tomorrow.
