It depends what you want to do with your Jeep.
If you're planning on going off road, or just like big fat tires, get a lift kit installed.
If not just get a budget boost kit to gain an inch or so and go to 32/33 inches.
To keep your stock wheels with bigger tires, you may need to get spacers to make them stick out more and give clearance to the wider tires.
It also depends what gear ratio your Jeep has; do you know?
