Awesome job! Itís been fun following along.

I'll take more sometime. The interior is just stock JK with
Pioneer touch screen (for the backup camera)
Rugged ridge switch panel (traction disable, and aux lights)
China made dead pedal and grab handles
Haven't installed the marathon seat covers
Dynamat strips on the roof, someday Ill do a headliner
Soundbar still needs more cutting, just want to keep the dome light and some trim

Rear fender will handle a 35, but I have no desire to try it. The -17 and -59 springs with rear airbag and fox performance 2.0 shocks are a nice combination.

Currently running 38 in the front, 41 in the rear and 7 in the bags.

I've put a couple hundred miles on the truck, still working out some small bugs.

Fuel gauge....
factory pump basket and sending unit ('16 JK) lowered 4.25" to sit in a rear mounted tank ('05 TJ) the gauge is pretty random and I played with it in AlfaOBD. Also I have a pioneer 2300 radio will a mistro module, so I can read fuel level on the screen (low fuel light comes on at 14%

First couple tanks the low fuel light came on with ~8 gallon remaining, pulled the basket and bent the level arm down.

After adjusting the low fuel light came on at ~4 gallon, the gauge doesn't read full and the radio shows 97%

I re checked the gauge on AlfaOBD and found that I messed up the calibration. It is now set for a 68 liters (pinch under 18 us gal) and it is currently reading full (and the tank is actually full)

I also have the TJ spit back that everyone complains about, I'm ordering the GM valve kit from Amazon tonight.

My dad gave me a little surface plate last weekend, 2'x3'x4" weighs 400lbs. I should have topped up my airbags, the drive home was interesting. I weighed almost 6k and the cross/head wind was agressive.

Next up is ABS calibration.... I've found the procedure in AlfaOBD, just haven't mastered the dance

Did some repair welding, getting ready to work cattle tomorrow.

Also picked up some corner posts. Definitely rear heavy with 7psi in the bags (2200lbs steer and 3700lbs drive)

Went to a cars and coffee thing in STL yesterday. Ran a few errands around the city, 360 miles of driving dash is showing 16.6.

Had a hard time getting it to take gas, my TJ tank has the TJ tank issue. I have the GM filler flapper on the work bench, luckily I can do it with the tank still installed.

Gm flapper is installed, Had to drop the tank to pull the factory puke valve.

fuel sending unit is slightly more tweaked, tank is showing 21% with about 4.5 gal in the tank (dumped tank into bucket for measuring)

Broke the big EVAP fitting off the tank. I knew better, I've read about others doing that exact thing. I slid a small highlighter in side and JB Kwik weld.

Gm flapper didn't seem to help, still thinking about it.

Had a 4 wheel alignment done, everything was within spec. No thrust angle, didn't even adjust toe.

I've put a couple thousand miles on it. Everything is pretty much perfect except....
1. Doesn't like to take gas
2. Still haven't done the abs calibration
3. Occasionally I get a long crank, not sure what to think about it.

Got an Eaton trutrac coming.
Need to do some fender liners on the bed and spray under coating.
Drawers are functional, but I need to finish them.

Checking some fence this evening, approximately 6 miles or so of pasture driving. 4x4 high, esc/traction control bypass with more mud than I like to deal with (had a stray bull show up and trying to figure out where he came from)

Finished up, pulled out of field, out transmission in park, closed gate and transmission wouldn't go back in drive. I had park, reverse and neutral no drive, I could move the shifter far enough to get a "D" on the dash but not move forward. Cycled the key and got a CEL, P0710 trans temp gauge wouldn't read and cooling fan ran full blast. Backed down the county road about 3/4 mile to a level spot (called a buddy for a flat tow back to farm shop.) Shut engine off, hung the tow bar and figured I would try 1 more time while waiting and transmission went into drive with a working temperature gauge. It drove back fine and seems to be working fine now.

Kind of confused, not sure what to think. Cable definitely has mud on the end, but not enough to stop shifting.

Other news. Mud on shock shafts let me know it isn't bottoming out the shocks. left air bag keeps shifting from it's proper location. Tube steps collect a bunch of mud on the rear bracket. Pioneer headunit has a weird Bluetooth and wired Android auto issue. Black interior sucks when you are covered in ground corn.

Pulled the Rockford fosgate components out, I had a weird rattle on the right side. Found a small piece of sound deadener stuck to the backside of the cone. Reassembled everything and added roadkill fast rings. not sure if it is real or placebo, but I think it is an improvement.

Decided to work on the drawers, can't paint till they are finished.
3/4" angle to keep the toolbox from moving around.
Found a small chunk of pipe to hold my receiver hitch pins.
Few nuts to hold linchpins.
Part of a hay take tooth for the hair pins.
3" exhaust pipe to hold a 2" ball.

Also redrilled the hitch to sit closer to the bumper (2.5") and a coat of A-C orange.

Made a receiver hitch shackle and mounting hook. 2" solid stock, cross drilled so I can pin it horizontal or vertical and a 3/4 Warn shackle that came with the Jeep.

Wasn't super happy with how the pioneer mvh-2400nex was sitting. It was only supported in the front by the metra adapter brackets and it was leaning down in the back.

I took the factory rear radio bracket, cut the top out and flattened the lower tabs. The rear of the radio is supported nicely now and sits in the dash better. I still don't have the top screw to secure the dash pocket, things get snug inside the dashboard.
