89 YJ Rebuild and Header Conversion in Virginia

Looking for shop/individual to help with 4.2 rebuild and header conversion...in or near Virginia. I have most of needed parts for header conversion, but no garage to do the work. I'd prefer to try to work through it myself, but I'm probably going to need to pay someone to do it. No rush - bought the Jeep in 1994... don't want to let it go but tired if messing with the carb. Thanks for any recommendations.

Don't cheap out on good carburetor work. I was at a friend's house picking up a trail vise I left in his truck, and got to talking to his neighbor. Apparently this guy has clients across the country that come to him to tune their carbs. He says he can take any old turd with a carb on it and lift the front wheels up just by working on the carburetor.
