Asking for help with my build

Hello everyone!! I have a 94 YJ with the original 2.5l and AX5. I want to replace the engine and tranny with a 4.0 and ax15. Does the Cherokee's from 88 to 95 use the same harness and mounts? What else will I need to replace? I found a 1992/1993 with a good engine and tranny. Thanks for the help.

I know the engine mounts for YJ's with 4cyl and 6cyl are different and they are in a different location on the frame also so cutting and welding will be required.
