Blue Breather Build

Here we go. Had the Jeep for about 2 weeks now. Its a 1992 Renegade 4.0L 5 Speed. Needs cosmetic work and has some leaks but man I love her already.

Little into her name. So obviously she's blue but the breathing part is the actual story. I was driving her around trying to figure out the name when I had to accelerate on the Highway (the first big acceleration done in her) anyways I was already in a low gear and when i pushed on the gas I heard the Manifold suck in air through the K&N filter and I loved that sound I actually slowed down and sped up to hear it again.

So far I have changed her oil and spark plugs. I made some beach towel seats out of towels, paracord, and eyelets. I've had to fill up the slave cylinder twice (usually after stalling), The slave is running strong but the quick connector is leaking and gets bad when the pressure builds from stalling. Will fix with new slave line fro Advanced Adapters at some point. I have fixed the e-brake light twice as the sensor keeps bending, Shouldn't anymore as a penny is glued to it. I also had a squeaky belt so I tightened that down. I have also removed the track bars and bought a CB radio for it. Have bought and installed brighter headlights (I CAN SEE)

I plan on restoring her a little before getting into lifts and such. I'm hoping to wrap the dash in fabric, Reupholster or replace the seats, Replace lighting and patching the paint job as its pretty ruff in areas as well as repaint hardtop, I also want to replace the door panels and the carpet.

SO I've been silly and forgot to upload pictures of here on here. I will try and do that later today, Just got to figure out how to stop the photos from going sideways when uploading.

Also some big upgrades coming this weekend. I will be posting the results on here but the process will be shown on a Build page which I'll supply when I finish.

Anyways This weekend (through Wednesday) I hope to do the following:

Vinyl the Dash and Door Panels (As well as repair a couple things)
Install CB Radio and Antenna
Repair the Electrical harness (There was a lot done to it)
Install New Speakers and Head Unit (Unit doesn't arrive til Tuesday, Speakers in Hand)
Rebuild sound bar (using Vinyl and plywood lying around, as well as some new speakers)
Install LED strips Under dash and On top of Soundbar

Wow I am horrible about posting pics. I will make sure I take some this weekend while I'm working on her!

Anyways had some stuff happen: So first I replaced the engine and transmission oil (doing transfer case when money allows), Then three days later my Clutch/Slave line busted so I made my own and made a write up

Took me a while to find everything but it works like a champ now!

This weekend I'm hoping to-do the following:

#1 replace windshield cowl seal
#2 Fix Passenger side Lock Cylinder
#3 Stuff Poly behind Stock Speakers to get rid of slight echo
#4 Make/Install Center console or sound bar (hoping to make sometime this week)
#5 Make and Install Beach Towel Seat Covers (IF I have extra time from #4 I will make these)
#6 If I have time and can make a 6ft Cable work; Finish CB Radio Install

I am also hoping that I'll get a couple items on Craig's list and get some extra cash to spend on her so I can do some other things like: Transfer-case gear oil; Aftermarket accessories fuse box; Amplifier; Paint Job
