NC YJ, V8, 8.8, Lockers Thread

I guess it time for this build thread..

Cause my dumb ass needs help.

I just picked up a 94 Buick Roadmaster for $500... 140k and runs
What all do I need to take from car for this swap? Engine & transmission of course

Always wanted a V8 but not on my todo list at the moment, but then this stupid car fell in my lap, which I think is a decent deal for a whole car. I was working on getting locked first. 2.5L sucks on the road but does well on the trails, I'll do rocks but not mud.

A little background on my YJ.
91 2.5L 5 spd, SOA on stock springs, 30-35 open open for now.
I have in my possession ARB D30 { i know, I know) air locker, Yukon 4.56 gears & ARB Compressor
Also have for my 8.8 (not installed) ECGS C-clip eliminator kit which comes with shafts and seals, new rotors, pads, calipers & associated brake lines.
Set of OME 2.5in springs front and rear from old YJ, about 3k miles on them.

I'll have 8.8 locker in a week or so, Then off to ECGS to get everything installed.

I ramble a lot, sorry

I was gonna go the Ford 5.0 route, but no real good A/T for it.
I was trying to follow @Ibuildembig footsteps..

HA!!!
I'm gonna need it...
But I will try and be patient...
Plenty of YJ owners out there who have done it before..
I figure I'm a year and change away... my little 2.5L does well on the trails but not the streets...

Voz, I'm in Southern Pines (less than an hour south)....I bought a new Delco lift and engine mount for my 4.2 rebuild which we just finished. If you want to use them, come and get them...no charge (I need the space in the shop ).
