Trailtubes Tube fender review/install

I ordered tubes from Rich @ trail . He did a military discount on the hi-line fenders, and it took about a week to get to me. Received the rears first, then the front. Richard answered all questions i had promptly, and even supplied pictures of other projects to help. I was missing some smaller tubes, and Rich sent them out immediately and just was absolutely delightful to work with. The only thing i supplied myself was flat stock, and the plate for the rear fenders, which i used 1.5"x1/4" flat stock for the fronts, and 1/8" steel plate for the rears and light gauge metal to skin them (Which i haven't done yet, but thought about skinning them with trampoline material). These tubes are super solid, feels like you can pull a stump out with them. If these tubes ripped off, the jeep would be totaled because something really bad has to happen in order for these things to budge. This is a perfect DIY home fabricator tube fenders kit. Enough measuring and fab work to make you feel like you've accomplished something, without the overbearing task of bending the thick tubing correctly and symmetrically. All in all, I would definitely do business with trailtubes again for any other tubing projects because the prices are fair, the product is quality, and customer support is phenomenal.

Thanks! I know arched fenfers are divided amongst the people like mayo and miracle whip...btw, I like miracle whip better....but I like the mad max vibe these fenders give, plus it's a fun man Legos!
