Another Olive Drab Build (TJ)

Been doing this for a bit and decided to quit lurking.
2006 TJ. In memory of my Pops (he served in the Philippines in WWII)

Willys rear bumperettes, stock front (Close to a Willys), rear tail lights, a back-up floodlight, side & rear military reflectors, relocated spare from center to left side (!),
half doors. Those tac marks on the front and rear bumper are correct for

my Dad's. The half circle is 4 th Division.

More -

Added Willy's mirrors. Used stock steel rims (they were the only ones with the offset I wanted) with some narrow Swampers.

Spare mount

Here;s a pic of the offset spare tire. Made the mount myself.
BTW, this takes alot of the stress off that tailgate by moving the weight closer to the hinge points. I rebuilt the rear hinges and added bushings too.Click image for larger version

I already have rear & mid Willy's grab handles and a jerry can to mount this spring.
Still looking for the right flat fenders for the spring too. Any suggestions? So far C&C Fabs seem about the closest to what I want.
