First Build

Hello build forum. I'm a new owner of a '18 jk sport (profile pic). Im eager to get this ride out of the stock realm but I have no idea where to start.

I'd like a modest 3" lift to accommodate larger wheel/tire set up. Is it smart to lift first? What lift kits are the most reasonable?

Now wheel/tire set ups.
What dimensions should I go for? Slight offset and a decent beefy tires.
I'll be hitting moderate BC trails and service roads. Looking forward something modest but nothing crazy as I commute. Any ideas?
Excuse my ignorance

Hey man. I just got one myself. 10 days ago. I started with rims and tires. I went as big as I could right now without having to do a lift. 295/75/16 Nitto all terrain. I like the look of big tires and smaller rims. Then some cosmetic stuff. LED Head, fog and tail lights new EAG bumper and tints. Next I’m going to install an exhaust system and rear bumper with a swinging tire carrier.
