Lifts

I want to get a lift on my 2015 Sahara Unlimited but unsure of the size I want. Hoping to see some of your pics to help me decide...

What do you plan to do with your Jeep? Be honest about it. You can drop thousands on a lift and all the stuff that goes with it or you can go budget. Are you just going for looks? Hardcore offroading? Mild offroading? There are a ton of things to consider before jumping into it.
You can go with a 4 inch lift, but now you want tires to fill up the space. Then those stock gears aren't cutting it. Then those axles aren't going to last long with the weight of the tires. But now the brakes aren't working so well and the list goes on and on.
Just be honest with yourself about your intended use for your Jeep.

This is what I did. I knew my Jeep wouldn't see any hardcore trail action. I have some fun with it on occasions. Logging roads, sand and some mud.
Leveling spacer lift and 34's.

Not to be a dick but there are a lot of wealthy soccer moms driving similar rigs around these parts. To each his own but it always makes me cringe to see awesome off road rigs with big $$$ dropped on them and built up to only be relegated to grocery runs and the like. It's a shame.

Agree...why?? How do you know what they do with them? They may need them to get over the huge mounds of money they have buried in the back yard. To each his own. Is there a little jealously going on here?? Sounds like it.

I've seen plenty with stock powertrain that have 35's on 20's and a budget boost lift, but I just want to meet one of these soccer moms so impassioned to looking the part that she needs a ladder to get in and is choosing to drive an $80k-$100k Jeep Wrangler over a G-Wagon or an Escalade.

People with money do weird things that people without money will never understand!! And, it's easy to tell them apart.

I don't know, are you jealous of something? The way I know is because the dude said it never leaves the pavement Mud Doup. A lot of people need to compensate for things and a lot of people don't I guess.

Didn't mean to get too many feathers ruffled, just an observation. Nice Jeep for sure just missing it's calling IMO.

Dive into the white Jeep picture thread. You will find a ton of "enhanced" jeeps and be able to create your "look" from those references.
