Now THIS is what we bought a jeep for!

New Years eve 2018 at the cabin.

They don't plow the roads all the way in and the Mrs. and I are starting to get a little old to carry it all in. Now we have Noooo trouble getting right up to the back door in the Winter!

There is just nothing more fun or Beautiful than a Manitoba Winter at the cottage

Nicely done! That isn't Traverse Bay, is it? The cabin looks familiar, though I'm sure it is not an uncommon design.

Barricade Trail Force HD Front Bumper from ET.

Looks good but we'll see in a few years. I heard some bad things about the rust coming through the powder coat over time.

Pointe Du Bois, Manitoba.

Beautiful place. We're in between two power dams though so the water goes up and down like a yo-yo. The closest one is about 1/4 mile upstream so you hear the rushing water at night in bed when all is quiet. Pretty soothing.

You do become a pro at building docks in pretty short order though to combat the water level differences from day to day. The center never really freezes in the Winter because of the water flow so it makes for some pretty incredible scenery

That's awesome - sounds like I'll have to bring my cameras up there to get some photos and footage.
