Recon with AEV Wheels

I am on the fence about which AEV wheels I want to get. I have a 2 door Granite Recon with 35s and I would prefer pictures of similar jeeps to help me decide. Thanks!

I have had silver pintlers, black Savgres and two sets of black Saltas. Really hard to go wrong with Saltas. I can show you what a Gobi recon looks like with black Saltas and Savgres.

I think they are the best looking rim out there. I think they go with any color.

The two door pics above, are those the Saltas? I get the two confused but that's the ones I like.

love the boras too. I wish they were not quite so heavy especially with the rock rings and hardware..

Yeah I agree.. I saw them on a silver JK and they looked awesome.. Can't find any images of silver on a black JKU though...

I am leaning towards the silver as everyone does black....

No doubt the rings and bolts add some weight but the Borah’s look good without the added rings and bolts too. I couldn’t decide on color for the rings and ran without them for a short while.

I can take one tonight. They are the standard mopar rear ones. They don't line up perfect but I love them

thanks I am curious how they look. I wish they made actual mopar flaps foe the 10A/Recon rear bumper.

The gap at the bottom isn't super noticeable unless you get down and look at it. I used the normal bottom 2 holes and drilled 2 news ones on the top because they were too high to go into the bumper end cap.

Adding the front and rear mud flaps was one of the best mods as far as I'm concerned. No more mud in my door handles and the side of the jeep stays so much cleaner. And now I don't chuck any rocks either

I have had fronts on every jeep I have owned and usually do the backs but was hoping they would come out with one for the 10A/Recon bumper. I have done Moab, the rubicon trail and dusy ershim with them and never had an issue and you are right so much cleaner. I think the rears would help keep the rear window cleaner on the wet roads where the mist gets kicked up and ends up on the rear window.

I would say go ahead and use the regular ones. You can barely even notice that they don't line up unless you are looking for it.
