Saggy Nets Gone/JK Pockets In

Got rid of my saggy nets today. I think the best $150 upgrade I have spent so far. Did all 4 doors and the center console.

Slick Rock Gear. All sold out. I'll have to keep an eye out for availability. Looks like a good product.

Keep checking their site. As they get in new Kydex they build sets. Took me a few weeks to get a set. www.jkpockets.com

Does stuff ever blow out of them? The nice thing about the nets is you can quickly stash things there without fear of them being blown out while driving.

These things are really nice, I saw a video review of them a couple months ago. My only issue is that $150 is pretty steep for what you're getting (IMO)

I haven't had the top off yet so can't speak to that. But have had all the windows down and nothing has blown out.

I received my JK Pockets today. I installed them differently. My netting is in great condition and I was going to remove the door panels and remove them intact. But after I got them I tried to install the pockets with the netting still in place. It worked out great and it gives you more versatility when storing things there. You can put thin items behind the netting and they will stay in place and then you can place bigger bulkier things in the pockets. Sort of best of both worlds. Also if you sell the vehicle you can easily remove the pockets to sell and the door netting is good as new.

That's pretty smart as my netting is in great shape and cutting them seems wasteful. Had no problem spending on LED headlights or sport cage etc etc but the price for the JK Pockets is my barrier.

OP, my nets don’t sag like that at all.

What did you put in them? Your groceries...?

I think the heat kills the elastic. I’ve got a cargo net that was never used much and it’s stretched to a useless blob. It set in the back forever, so maybe since your in a cooler climate your not seeing the useless stretched out mess these turn into.

These are nice and the install was easy, but I have to say I do not think they are worth the money. My guess is that there will be a lower priced option on the market as some point.

Cost is the only thing preventing me from getting these. Some molded plastic or carbon fiber should never cost this much.

I dont know. I bought the truck used in January. They came like that. The only one that was tight was the center console.

I don't see why these are so expensive. I think about $25-$35 would be a good price for what they are.
