I'm getting closer to starting this project. I really like what your doing and might just go with one of yours.

Do you have SPDT and DPDT relays on hand? Or do you just have SPST relays?

Currently I only stock the SPST but it is possible to get SPDT in the micro-relays.

Added as a 10.00 option to include #8 primary wire. Comes in 2 sections first being 18" to connect from the battery to your fuse/circuit breaker and 85" to connect from the fuse/circuit breaker to the bussman panel. The cable comes with crimped on ring terminals, it is covered with an expandable braid, and has marine grade red heat shrink over the ring terminals.

Base price with 10" wiring tails, JK mounting bracket w/hardware, bussman mounting legs, 10 fuses (5-20a,5-30a), 5 relays, and shipping: 100.00

Addon's:
#16 wire .20/ft
#12 wire .25/ft
#8 primary 10.00

Just got this setup in the mail from Rogue26 and I must say, it's exactly as described! He did a great job on all the wiring way better than I could have and with all the extra stuff I would have had to order just to build it, buying from him was way less expensive! Not to mention he supplies all the mounting brackets and hardware you need to mount the Bussman ....it's definitely worth the money so if you are hesitant don't be!

Thank you for the kind words....hopefully you will post up some pictures when you get your install completed. I have one panel left and ready to ship. Another parts order on the way sometime this week so by Friday hopefully I will have another batch ready to go. This order I included a couple of bussman 80a resettable circuit breakers that will be an addon if someone is interested. Just testing to gauge interest in them before I stock a bunch of them. I have also added a less expensive in-line fuse holder. I prefer the CB but it is an option for someone trying to save a little coin. Base price with 10" wiring tails, JK mounting bracket w/hardware, bussman mounting legs, 10 fuses (5-20a,5-30a), 5 relays, shipping, and install support: 100.00 Addon's: #16 wire .20/ft #12 wire .25/ft #8 primary 10.00 80a Bussman Resettable Circuit Breaker 30.00 80a In-Line fuse holder with fuse 10.00 As always please feel free to ask questions here or PM if needed.

Do you know if he will want just the base panel or will he want primary wire, circuit breaker, or extended length on the panel wiring?

I don't have a TJ so I would say more than likely the bracket won't. If you sent me a few under the hood pictures it would be helpful. The JK bracket is just a piece of flat bar to mount near the abs pump on the driverside.

The standard bussman legs will mount to and flat surface without the need of extra bracketing as long as there is roughly 3" X 5" of open space.

Here is a picture from my co-corners TJ. He has a plate on the driver-side firewall that looks like it could fit a second battery. The panel fits there pretty well and can also sit on top of the driver-side wheel well with out any brackets.

I didn't buy mine from this vendor but I did install the same Bussmann accessory panel in my Jeep. It is a really nice addition to all the additional wiring I have in my Jeep. And you can't beat the price for $100. I wired mine through a 100 amp solenoid and a fuse so that the box is only supplied power when the key is in either in acc or run position. No dead batteries because I left something on.

Agreed they are great panels.

I just received my materials order so I should have panels completed and ready to ship tonight. If you are looking to pick up a circuit breaker with your order I am only stocking 2 80a bussman breakers so they are first come first serve. If there is a lot of interest in them I will stock more. Let me know if you have any questions.

Have had a few ask if I would be willing to sell just the Bussman CB. It really isn't cost effective for me to sell them with the added shipping. It adds a nice savings to add them to the panel sales because it doesn't cost me any extra to add them to my material order and it doesn't increase final shipping costs to the buyer because it is a flat rate package. I think overall it saves about 5.00 over buying it separately and having it shipped.

Have a larger spool of #8 red primary wire coming in the next week and will be able to offer just the pre-made primary cables to those who are interested. Price will be 10.00 plus the shipping which should be a small flat rate package which looks to be about 6.50. I will know better on Monday.

Same two sections with properly sized ring terminals, expandable braid (black with a red stripe) for extra protection, and marine grade heat shrink to protect the ring terminals.

Let me know if your interested.

Wire in and cables made, shipping cost runs 6.80. That is a flat-rate small package so could include circuit breakers to.
