Lets see pics of your non factory seat setups!

Looking for ideas for replacment front seats and wandering what fits and looks good but wasn't originally intended for a jeep.

I'm not sure, They Are APC seats though and the po used a metal plate to bolt them to factory seat brackets. Very comfortable!

My problem is I can't have something that sits to high or my head is in the ceiling. I've heard the late 90s mustang seats fit nice.

Old pic. Seats still look the same. Mastercraft full suspension seat. Nothing beats a full suspension seat for the trail.

Mastercraft has changed their model names since I bought mine. They might be considered the "Rubicon"? I also use lap belts not shown in my previous pic.

Here's the backside. Again, older pic. I don't really take pics of the seats.

Here's the PRP kid seat my daughter has now outgrown .

How would the reclining ones do for a big guy and as a daily driver?

All the aftermarket seats sit so high up in the YJ. I wish someone would put out a set of seats that sat at the same height for us tall guys. I wanted the Corubea Moab seats and I read they sat super high and you needed their mounts to get them to sit at the correct height. The problem with that is their passenger mount doesn't flip forward. How much higher than stock are the Bestop's?

I know what you mean. My Corbeau Baja RS seats mounted on Rugged Ridge flip back/slider brackets was too tall for me, and I'm not especially tall at 5-11". My solution was to build my own seat brackets that were 1.5" lower. It was a pain in the butt, especially having spent so much on the RR brackets, but it made all the difference.

I wanted the MOPAB's but I think I may end up with the Bestop seats since they seem to sit a little lower on the factory mounts.

Here is the link to my build thread. I've decided to sell my Jeep, to make room for another project.
