130 Radio clock problem

Have a 2011 jk with the basic radio, 130. I know this isn't a great radio and the problem I have with it isn't a typical one. My problem is with the digital clock. The clock sucks. It loses about 8 minutes a month. I know this isn't that big of a deal, but it shouldn't even be an issue. Just one more reason for me to upgrade the head unit.
Has anybody else noticed this? I wonder if it's a common problem?

clock

I have the same radio and it does this as well. I haven't found a reason why this happens from anyone yet.
