2013 Stereo Question

I am about to order a 2013 Wrangler Sahara. As I search for this topic, I thought I would start a new thread as I am not finding things for the 2013s. I was going to look at Uconnect 430N or 730N along with Connectivity Group. I am a techie, and want as many options here as I can get. With that said, I have seen some people say the upgraded sound and uconnect arent the best, so if i can spend that same 2K on a custom system (or maybe a bit more) for better performance, I would. Problem is, i dont know that much about this stuff...not something I have ever gotten into.

My questions: do you think new speakers, sub, touchscreen w/ nav head unit is doable for 2K - 2500? Can they wire it so that I can still utilize bluetooth and all the features that come with the options listed above?

And if you have done this recently, what head units/speakers/amps did you use?
