Red face Advice needed. Tweeters speakers have static

Hi there ,

I just purchased a 2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimted Sport and the sound is great until i run music through the bluetooth. When i hook up the bluetooth it sounds like the tweeters are crackling, sounding faintly blown .. doesnt sound as crisp. Has anyone expeirenced this? Anyone replaced there tweeters? or is it a simple programing effect?

Hope to get some advice.

So the other sources - AM/FM, satellite or CD all sound fine at any volume but only the Bluetooth sounds bad?

I would try another Bluetooth source - someone else's phone connecting to the radio.

If the problem goes away you've got a bad Bluetooth chip on your phone. If the problem stays you've got a bad Bluetooth chip in your radio (darn).

I have the same problem whenever I play my Android's tunes through Bluetooth. I think it is just that Bluetooth was never designed for music and that some implementations of it just aren't as good as others.
When you have a choice, buy American.
